This market will resolve according to the team that wins the 2027 AFC championship game. If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to win the 2027 NFL AFC championship per the rules of the NFL (e.g., they are eliminated in the playoffs), the corresponding market will resolve to “No”. If the 2027 NFL AFC championship game is cancelled, postponed after March 31, 2027 ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The primary resolution source will be official information from NFL (https://www.nfl.com/); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The bunched probabilities for the 2027 AFC champion reflect broad parity across the conference entering the 2026 season, with no team holding a decisive edge after multiple contenders posted strong Week 1 results. Buffalo’s Josh Allen-led offense and defensive reinforcements position the Bills near the top, while Baltimore’s Lamar Jackson and new coaching staff have delivered early wins amid a favorable schedule. Kansas City’s Patrick Mahomes recovery and Denver’s Bo Nix-led attack keep the AFC West competitive, and Cincinnati’s revamped defense plus Houston’s and New England’s roster continuity add further balance. Recent form, injury reports, and divisional matchups will likely drive further shifts as the 17-game slate unfolds.
