No head-to-head history exists, but Dellien's baseline grinding suits the surface better than Zeitune's taller frame might suggest, though the 19-year-old Argentine's 12-9 clay record this year adds upset potential. Late injury reports, warm-ups, or acclimation to Bolivia's elevation could tip the closely contested odds either way.
