This market will resolve to "Yes" if any player records an albatross at the 2026 BMW PGA Championship. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Only an albatross recorded during official tournament rounds will be considered. No albatross recorded during practice rounds or any other period of play will be considered. If the tournament is postponed, this market will remain open until the tournament is completed. If the 2026 BMW PGA Championship is cancelled, or postponed after October 4, 2026 at 11:59PM ET, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source will be the official results published by the DP World Tour website (https://www.europeantour.com/).The closely contested 51.5% implied probability on no albatross at the 2026 BMW PGA Championship reflects the inherent rarity of a double eagle on Wentworth’s West Course despite multiple reachable par-5s (notably the 4th at 552 yards and the reachable 17th and 18th). Historical precedent shows just four albatrosses across decades of the event, with the most recent in 2019, underscoring how even elite fields featuring Rory McIlroy, Jon Rahm, and defending champion Alex Noren rarely convert long approaches into 2s. Recent form, firm conditions typical for mid-September, and the strong international roster create modest upside for a positive outcome, yet the low baseline frequency keeps the market near even heading into the opening round.
