The early stages of the 2026–27 Süper Lig, which kicked off in mid-August, have left the clean sheets race wide open. Multiple sides, including several promoted or mid-table clubs, posted shutouts in their opening fixtures, while established sides like Fenerbahçe, Trabzonspor, and Galatasaray have yet to separate themselves through consistent defensive displays. Pre-season roster reinforcements in defense and goalkeeping, combined with similar fixture difficulty and the absence of a dominant backline so far, have kept implied probabilities clustered tightly. European commitments for the top clubs add further rotation risks that could affect clean-sheet tallies over the full campaign. Trader consensus therefore views the outcome as highly competitive, with no team holding a decisive edge after the first handful of matchweeks.
