Databricks' latest financing round in February 2026 established a $134 billion valuation through approximately $5 billion in equity and $2 billion in new debt capacity, supported by a $5.4 billion annualized revenue run-rate that grew more than 65% year-over-year alongside positive free cash flow. Strong demand for its AI-driven data platform, including over $1 billion in run-rate from AI products and data warehousing, has driven institutional participation from firms such as JPMorgan and Microsoft. Traders are monitoring whether continued momentum in agent-based infrastructure and enterprise adoption could push the private valuation higher ahead of a potential 2026 IPO, with the June 30 resolution date leaving limited room for new revenue milestones or secondary-market shifts to materially alter current pricing.
