Maria Sakkari enters as a heavy favorite against qualifier Julia Grabher in the Miami Open second round, driven by her top-10 ranking, recent Indian Wells final run, and first-round win over Anna Kalinskaya on hard courts where she excels. Grabher, ranked outside the top 100, rides a three-match qualifying streak but faces a career-high opponent in their head-to-head debut, with no prior meetings tilting odds further toward the sixth seed. Sakkari's serve and baseline power suit the conditions, while Grabher's upset potential hinges on early breaks amid Miami's windy play; traders price Sakkari at around 85% implied probability, reflecting her momentum and experience edge absent any reported injuries.
