Jannik Sinner holds a commanding 4-2 head-to-head edge over Felix Auger-Aliassime, winning the last four meetings in 2025 across ATP Finals, Paris Masters, US Open, and Cincinnati, driving trader consensus toward the world No. 2 as the clear favorite on clay at the Rolex Monte Carlo Masters quarterfinal. Sinner advanced Thursday by outlasting Tomas Machac in three sets—dropping a frame but dominating the decider to extend his tournament win streak to 14—while Auger-Aliassime progressed when Casper Ruud retired injured at 7-5, 2-2. Auger enters hot with five straight wins, including a clay exhibition title in Nîmes last week, bolstering his surface suitability with strong movement and baseline play. No major injury updates, though Monte Carlo's outdoor clay and potential weather could amplify endurance tests.
