Katie Volynets holds a clear edge in trader consensus for her Miami Open qualifier against Priscilla Hon, driven by her No. 74 WTA ranking versus Hon's No. 130 and recent hard-court momentum, including a straight-sets first-round win over McCartney Kessler. Hon scraped through her opener in three sets against Zhu, exposing serve vulnerabilities on the fast Miami surface. No injuries mar official reports for either American-based player, but Volynets' 60% win rate in qualifiers this year and prior 2-1 head-to-head lead bolster her implied probability. Fatigue from early rounds and gusty conditions could factor, yet crowds price her strongly ahead.
