The tight clustering of implied probabilities around 45–50% for the United States, France, Norway, Spain, Japan, and several others reflects growing parity across women's international soccer, with no single side dominating recent cycles. Spain sits atop the FIFA rankings after strong showings in the 2025 Euros and consistent results, while the USWNT has rebuilt depth under Emma Hayes following its 2024 Olympic gold and 2023 World Cup exit. England, Germany, Brazil as host, and Japan add further balance through recent form, qualification momentum, and squad experience. This depth, combined with rapid global development and the expanded 32-team field for the 2027 tournament in Brazil, keeps the race wide open heading into final qualification windows.
