Sofia Rocchetti enters the ITF W15 Grado semifinal as the higher-ranked player at approximately WTA 653 compared to Camilla Gennaro’s position near 798, both competing on home-soil clay courts. Rocchetti advanced with a victory over Matilde Paoletti, while Gennaro posted consecutive straight-set wins over Emma Slavikova and Daria Yesypchuk to reach her first semifinal at this level. The absence of prior head-to-head meetings leaves recent tournament form and ranking differentials as the primary differentiators, with the clay surface favoring consistent baseline play and endurance typical of these low-tier professional events.
