Polymarket traders price Opendoor Technologies (OPEN) week-of-April-13 closing price in a tight cluster around the $2.00-$4.00 range, with $3.00-$4.00 at 49% implied probability and $2.00-$3.00 at 48%, reflecting high uncertainty in the iBuyer's near-term trajectory amid persistent housing market headwinds. Shares recently traded near $4.50 following Q4 2025 earnings on February 19 that narrowed net losses to $1.3 billion despite 15% year-over-year revenue contraction from subdued home acquisition volumes (8,241 purchases). Analyst consensus holds a $4.00-$4.50 price target with neutral ratings, citing turnaround progress toward 2026 profitability but vulnerability to elevated mortgage rates and low transaction velocity. WallStreetBets buzz sparked brief volatility last week, yet shares dipped 5-7% mid-week; upcoming March home sales data on April 23 poses a key swing factor before Q1 earnings on May 5.

If the reported value falls exactly between two brackets, then this market will resolve to the higher range bracket.
If the final session of the week is shortened (for example, due to a market-holiday schedule), the official closing price published for that shortened session will still be used for resolution.
If no official closing price is published for that session (for example, due to a trading halt into the close, system issue, delisting, or other disruption), the market will use the last valid on-exchange trade price of the regular session as the effective closing price.
In the event of a stock split, reverse stock split, or similar corporate action affecting the listed company during the listed time frame, this market will resolve based on split-adjusted prices as displayed on Yahoo Finance.
The target price will be adjusted proportionally to reflect any stock splits. Resolution will be based on the historical price data as shown on Yahoo Finance after any adjustments have been applied.
The resolution source for this market is Yahoo Finance, specifically the Opendoor (OPEN) "Close" prices available at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/OPEN/history, published under "Historical Prices."
