Stefan Cooper, a 29-year-old British player with an ATP ranking near 750 and solid recent hard-court results in the Kayseri series, faces 22-year-old Turkish home player Cagan Efe Tufekci, ranked outside the top 2200, in this ITF M15 Kayseri 3 first-round match on outdoor hard courts. Cooper enters after advancing deep in the prior M15 Kayseri event with multiple straight-set wins, while Tufekci, a right-hander with junior experience, has shown limited success at this level. The surface favors baseline consistency, and Tufekci benefits from local crowd support and familiarity, though Cooper’s higher ranking and recent match volume provide a clear edge in experience against an opponent still building professional results.
