Mercedes' George Russell leads trader consensus at 42.5% implied probability for the 2026 F1 Drivers' Championship, edging teammate Kimi Antonelli at 30.5%, reflecting the Silver Arrows' dominance in the new regulatory era after three Grands Prix. Antonelli tops the standings with 72 points from wins in China and Japan, ahead of Russell's 63 from victory in a chaotic Australian GP and strong podiums, but traders favor Russell's experience and consistency over the Italian rookie's flawless start. Charles Leclerc trails at 49 points for Ferrari, with McLaren's Oscar Piastri and others further back amid Mercedes' superior race pace and tire strategy. Recent intra-team tension, highlighted by Russell praising Antonelli's form while experts urge aggression, underscores the tight title fight with 21 races remaining.
