Mercedes' commanding lead in the 2026 F1 Constructors' Championship, with 135 points after three Grands Prix, underpins trader consensus at 76.5% implied probability, driven by victories in Australia (Russell), China, and Japan (both Antonelli) thanks to superior power unit energy management and chassis performance under new active aero and sustainable fuel regulations. Ferrari trails at 90 points (11.0% odds) with consistent podiums from Leclerc, positioning them as the primary challenger amid Red Bull's struggles (16 points, 1.4% odds) due to power unit deficits and tire issues for Verstappen. McLaren's 46 points (8.0%) reflect Piastri's Japan P2 but earlier setbacks like battery problems, while the FIA's pre-Miami ban on a qualifying loophole highlights rivals' efforts to close the gap in the 21 remaining races.
