Trader consensus prices Álvaro Fernández Carreras and Konrad Laimer atop the UEFA Champions League most yellow cards market at 44.5% implied probabilities, with Martín Zubimendi (42.5%), Kim Min-Jae (42.0%), and Mikel Merino (40.4%) clustered tightly behind, reflecting their near-identical tallies of 3-4 bookings each through the league phase and round of 16. These combative midfielders and defenders from deep-run teams like Bayern Munich, Arsenal, and Benfica exhibit high foul rates in intense knockout matchups, amplified by recent quarterfinal first legs featuring tactical fouls and suspension risks—Laimer among Bayern players one yellow from a semifinal ban versus Real Madrid. With second legs underway and potential semifinals ahead, equal playing time and referee scrutiny sustain the bunched dynamics.
