Adam Hunt and Steve Beaton face off in the MODUS Super Series group stage as two players with sharply contrasting profiles yet comparable recent results. The 62-year-old Beaton, a former world champion, relies on experience and consistent scoring to stay sharp between Challenge Tour events, while the younger Hunt has shown strong group-stage form with multiple wins and narrow defeats against the same field. Their head-to-head encounters have produced tight scores, including several 4-3 and 4-2 outcomes that reflect evenly matched averages and finishing. This balance, combined with both players posting similar points tallies in the current group, underpins the even trader consensus around the matchup. Late adjustments in form, fatigue from the schedule, or shifts in checkout percentage could swing momentum in either direction.
