Mercedes' George Russell and Kimi Antonelli lead Polymarket's F1 Drivers' Champion trader consensus at 42.5% and 30.7% implied probabilities, reflecting their 1-2 positions in the 2026 driver standings after three Grands Prix, powered by the W17's superior chassis and new-era power unit dominance. Russell's Australian GP victory kicked off the season, followed by Antonelli's commanding wins in China—his emotional maiden F1 triumph—and Japan, where he claimed pole and matched Ayrton Senna's rare comeback feat from outside the top five. Ferrari's Charles Leclerc trails in third at 49 points, hampered by a pace deficit, while Red Bull and McLaren struggle with race pace gaps exceeding 0.5 seconds, underscoring Mercedes' early constructor lead and the duo's podium sweeps as key sentiment drivers ahead of upcoming rounds.
