Recent polls for the September 20 Berlin Abgeordnetenhaus election show Die Linke and the CDU trading narrow leads in the low 20s, with the AfD, Greens, and SPD clustered in the mid-teens, leaving second place highly uncertain. This four-way contest for the top spots stems from shifting voter priorities on housing costs, security, and migration, alongside the current CDU-SPD coalition's declining support. Late-campaign events or turnout variations among urban districts could still reorder the middle pack. Market pricing reflects this volatility, with traders assigning CDU the highest implied probability for second while viewing the outcome as sensitive to final-week developments.
