No candidate reached a majority, triggering a June 23 runoff between the top two finishers. Trader pricing on the primary winner reflects this outcome, with elevated odds for Smith and Honeycutt driven by their runoff qualification and recent pre-runoff debates and local interviews. Lower probabilities for non-advancing candidates align with their primary vote shares and elimination. The short window to the runoff leaves room for shifts based on turnout and final messaging on local issues such as affordability and fiscal policy.
