The early stages of the 2026-27 Saudi Pro League season, combined with deep squad investments across multiple clubs, keep the runner-up market tightly bunched in trader consensus. Defending champions Al-Nassr enter with momentum from their 2025-26 title but face a high-pressing system transition, while Al-Hilal boast squad depth, a strong defensive record, and fresh additions such as Crysencio Summerville to fuel a revenge bid after finishing second. Al-Ahli, Al-Qadsiah, and Al-Ittihad also carry strong recent form, European experience, and attacking options, creating parity that leaves room for shifts based on early results, injuries, or rotation demands. This competitive depth across the top sides explains why implied probabilities remain closely clustered rather than favoring any single contender.

If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to finish as runner-up of Saudi Professional League for the 2026-27 season per the rules of Saudi Professional League (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No".
If multiple teams are declared as second-place finishers, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If this event is cancelled, postponed after July 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other".
The resolution source will be official information from the Saudi Professional League; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
