Lahore Qalandars hold the top spot in PSL 2026 standings with two wins from three matches, including a crucial 20-run victory over Multan Sultans on April 3 amid rain interruptions, bolstering their momentum through explosive batting from Fakhar Zaman and tight bowling led by Shaheen Afridi. Peshawar Zalmi sit mid-table with one win and a no-result from two games, highlighted by a strong chase against Rawalpindiz last week under Babar Azam's captaincy, though early withdrawals like James Vince have tested depth. Head-to-head records favor Zalmi slightly (11-9), but Qalandars' superior net run rate and pace attack give them edge at Karachi's high-scoring National Bank Stadium pitch, where toss could prove pivotal for chasing in day conditions—no major injuries reported.
