Both Australian players face off on hard courts in the M25 Brisbane ITF event, with Blake Ellis holding the edge in head-to-head results after a straight-sets win in their prior meeting. Ellis brings greater professional experience and recent ATP-level exposure, while 19-year-old Hayden Jones relies on strong junior pedigree and a career-high ATP ranking near 929 achieved in late 2025. Recent form, surface preference, and physical readiness will shape outcomes in this lower-tier event, where consistent serving and baseline rallies often decide matches. Trader consensus reflects Ellis’s established edge, though Jones’s youth and home-country support introduce realistic upset potential on any given day.
