Recent National Weather Service forecasts and ensemble model runs indicate a typical early-September marine layer pattern for Los Angeles, with morning low clouds and fog clearing to sunny skies under southwest flow. This setup supports a daily high near the long-term average of 76.7°F, aligning with the market's dominant 76-77°F outcome. Coastal stations such as LAX are projected around 75°F while downtown areas trend slightly warmer into the upper 70s or low 80s, keeping the distribution tightly centered without signals of anomalous onshore heating or offshore flow. No significant model spread or synoptic shifts have emerged in the past 24 hours to alter this consensus ahead of tomorrow's resolution.
