This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed club is determined as the runner-up of the MLS for the 2026 season. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to finish as runner-up of MLS for the 2026 season per the rules of MLS (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared as second-place finishers, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the MLS; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The tight clustering of implied probabilities around Inter Miami CF, Vancouver Whitecaps FC, and Nashville SC reflects a highly competitive 2026 MLS regular season where these sides occupy the top overall positions with nine matches remaining. Nashville holds a nine-point Eastern Conference lead after a late equalizer in its 2-2 draw at Inter Miami, while Vancouver maintains strong Western Conference form and superior goal difference. Recent results, including Inter Miami’s ongoing push despite a recent winless stretch and Nashville’s defensive resilience led by Sam Surridge, keep the runner-up race fluid. Mid-table teams like New England Revolution and Houston Dynamo FC trail closely enough in points and form to sustain realistic contention for second place amid shifting conference standings.
