Both arrive off recent straight-sets losses at last week's Busan Challenger—McCabe to sixth seed Alex Bolt, Uchida to Alexis Galarneau—amid minimal travel between Korean stops. The 22-year-old Australian boasts youth and $93,000 in season earnings versus the 31-year-old Japanese's $11,700, with no prior head-to-head. Recent form suggests a competitive baseline battle, where serve holds and stamina could decide the outcome absent injury updates.
