This market will resolve to "Yes" if the highest significant wave height (WVHT) reported by NDBC station 44065 between 12:00 AM ET September 23, 2026 and 11:59 PM ET September 28, 2026 is equal to or greater than the listed value. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The qualifying value is the maximum WVHT in the station's standard meteorological data within that window, converted from meters to feet at 3.28084 ft/m and rounded to one decimal place. That rounded value is the value compared to the listed value. Rows in which WVHT is reported as missing will not be considered for resolution. Station 44065 marks a missing WVHT as MM in its real time file and as 99.00 in its archived files, and neither is a wave height. The value as first published governs. A revision published after a value is first published will not be considered for resolution, except where the correction provision below applies. In case of obvious data integrity issues (i.e., erroneous data), the market may remain open until the end of the third calendar day (ET) after such data is first released to allow for corrections; this applies only to clerical or similar errors, not to NDBC differing from other sources.
