**Yabloko, Russia's liberal opposition party, consistently polls between 1.4% and 3% ahead of the September 18–20, 2026, State Duma elections, well below the 5% proportional-representation threshold required for seats.** Recent surveys from FOM, VTsIOM, and others place the party at roughly 2–2.8%, similar to its 1.2–1.3% result in 2021. The party secured Central Election Commission registration of its federal list in late July and drew the second ballot position, yet it faces extensive administrative measures, including the barring of at least 32 candidates, fines, detentions, raids on regional offices, and foreign-agent designations for members. These constraints, combined with the party's limited national infrastructure and the broader dominance of United Russia and aligned parties, have kept its support range unchanged in the final weeks before voting. Trader pricing at 95% “No” reflects this stable, sub-threshold positioning.
