Joe Pyfer's second-round TKO finish of former champion Israel Adesanya in the UFC Seattle main event on March 28 propelled him eight spots to No. 6 in the middleweight rankings, thrusting the surging contender into title contention and fueling trader consensus for a ranked eliminator next. With no official matchup announced two weeks later, probabilities remain tightly bunched as bettors weigh logical stylistic and ranking-based options: No. 5 Caio Borralho leads slightly on proximity and recent momentum, No. 7 Anthony Hernandez trails closely amid shared grappling prowess and divisional buzz, while No. 4 Brendan Allen eyes a rebound path; lower volumes on champion Dricus du Plessis and Nassourdine Imavov reflect scheduling hurdles and bigger-fight priorities in the crowded top 10.
