Only prices achieved during the regular trading hours of the primary exchange on which the listed security trades (typically 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM ET) will be considered. The primary near-term catalyst remains anticipation of the August 26 Q2 FY2027 earnings release, where data center revenue growth and forward guidance on Blackwell and Rubin platforms will likely dictate volatility. Structural concerns including supply-chain constraints, elevated insider selling, and a 2.21 beta amplify sensitivity to macroeconomic signals such as Treasury yields and Fed policy expectations. Market-implied odds reflect consensus around sustained AI infrastructure demand, tempered by valuation multiples near 30x trailing earnings and historical precedent for sharp post-earnings moves. Traders are monitoring upcoming economic data releases and any pre-earnings commentary for shifts in sentiment.
