Trader consensus favors Scottie Scheffler at 21.5% implied probability to win the PGA TOUR Championship, reflecting his world No. 1 ball-striking prowess, multiple early-season victories, and proven East Lake course history despite trailing points leader Cameron Young (8%) in FedEx Cup standings. Rory McIlroy sits second at 13% on post-Masters momentum and distance advantages, while Matt Fitzpatrick and Tommy Fleetwood tie at 9% thanks to elite accuracy and irons suited to the layout. Hot rookies Ryo Hisatsune and self-taught standout Sudarshan Yellamaraju command 8% each via rapid climbs in volatile standings after strong Signature Event showings, with the pure stroke-play format—no starting strokes—amplifying the wide-open top-30 field's competitiveness.
