Clement Chidekh enters the ATP Challenger Wuning 1 second-round matchup as the higher-ranked contender at No. 179 against Buvaysar Gadamauri (No. 361), backed by a perfect 2-0 head-to-head record including a 6-3, 6-4 win last October on indoor hardcourt. Both players advanced in straight sets during first-round action earlier this week—Chidekh dominating Yuki Mochizuki 6-4, 6-1 with 46% winners, while Gadamauri edged Omar Jasika—highlighting Chidekh's superior recent form and baseline consistency on the outdoor hardcourt surface. No injuries or withdrawals reported, though Gadamauri's one-handed backhand could test Chidekh in extended rallies during this best-of-three sets encounter.
