Dalmasso/Zahraj enter the Nottingham Challenger 3 doubles semifinal on grass after a straight-sets win over Catry/Janvier on July 8, with Zahraj (career-high singles ranking near 240) providing the pairing’s primary ranking edge. Hands/Summers, a British wildcard combination, advanced via victories over Covato/Dinev and Marcondes/Slavic, leveraging local familiarity and grass-court experience in front of home crowds at the Lexus Nottingham Tennis Centre. The surface favors quick points and strong serving, areas where both pairs have shown competence in recent Challenger matches, though the French-German duo faces a short turnaround while the Brits benefit from additional rest and crowd support. No major injuries or withdrawals have been reported for either side.
