Fabian Marozsan carries momentum into the BMW Open Round of 16 after a stunning upset over top seed Stefanos Tsitsipas, saving a match point to win 3-6, 7-6(5), 6-4 across two days on chilly Munich clay courts, highlighting his baseline grit and clay suitability. Denis Shapovalov, ranked No. 39, secured a solid first-round comeback against No. 8 Tallon Griekspoor (6-4, 3-6, 6-2), leveraging his powerful left-handed serve but showing vulnerability in longer rallies. With no head-to-head history—their first ATP clash—traders weigh Marozsan's fresh resilience against Shapovalov's experience, amid cool outdoor conditions that could favor steady play over aggression in this best-of-three encounter.
