Hanna Chang enters the ITF W35 Dallas quarterfinal against Christasha McNeil with a substantial edge in professional experience and ranking, holding a WTA position near 325 compared to McNeil’s 852. The 28-year-old American has compiled 11 ITF singles titles, including recent hard-court successes in Korea and Japan earlier in 2026, while maintaining strong recent form with a first-round victory over Maya Iyengar in Dallas. McNeil, a 19-year-old American and former junior standout now transitioning from college commitments, advanced comfortably in her opener against Jeong Bo-young but carries a modest 1-3 pro record for the year. Both players compete on familiar hard courts with no reported injuries or withdrawals affecting the draw. Chang’s deeper ITF résumé and consistent results position her as the stronger favorite in the matchup.
