Mohamed Salah’s mutual agreement with Liverpool to depart at the end of the 2025-26 season has positioned him as a free agent, fueling trader consensus around the Saudi Pro League at 75.5%. Persistent high-value offers from clubs such as Al-Ittihad and Al-Hilal, combined with reports of Salah’s openness to a lucrative Middle East move, explain the strong implied probability. The Egyptian Premier League at 12.9% reflects potential homecoming interest, while MLS at 14.5% tracks American club inquiries and lifestyle factors. Lower probabilities for European leagues including Serie A, La Liga, and the Premier League stem from limited confirmed interest and salary expectations that favor Saudi destinations in summer 2026. Recent developments center on this timing rather than any extension scenario.
