The off-price retailer benefited from robust traffic gains and value-seeking consumer demand amid a resilient economy, producing total sales growth of 21% to $6.0 billion and EPS of $2.02 that exceeded guidance. This performance also prompted raised full-year comp guidance to 6%-7%. While the reported figure leaves little room for reversal barring any post-close adjustments, unexpected downward revisions to prior-period data or shifts in how the market defines the exact Q1 window could theoretically introduce minor uncertainty before final resolution.
