This market will resolve according to the winner of Titled Tuesday on September 15, 2026 11:59 PM ET. If the listed player does not play their corresponding market will resolve to "No". If this tournament is postponed after September 29, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, canceled, or a winner has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other." If multiple players are declared winner, this market will resolve in favor of the player whose listed name comes first alphabetically. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the tournament organizer, Chess.com (https://www.chess.com/events/info/2026-titled-tuesday-blitz); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Hikaru Nakamura and Magnus Carlsen head the market at 21% and 19% respectively because of their unmatched recent blitz form and historical Titled Tuesday success, yet the bunched probabilities reflect a deep field where multiple grandmasters remain viable. Nakamura enters with strong momentum from consistent arena dominance and a near-miss in the September 8 event, where he led late before finishing second on tiebreaks to Lê Quang Liêm. Carlsen brings elite pedigree from prior wins and ongoing high-level play, though his participation varies. Recent editions have featured tight finishes among players like Aleksei Sarana, Arjun Erigaisi, Alireza Firouzja, and rising contenders such as Sina Movahed, underscoring the format's volatility in an 11-round Swiss with 5+0 time control and a large titled field. Trader consensus prices these dynamics as a narrow edge for the top two amid broad parity.
