Robin Montgomery's dramatic first-round upset over seventh seed Mayar Sherif—saving five match points in a 3-6, 7-5, 7-6(7) thriller on clay—has fueled trader consensus pricing Anouk Koevermans as a slim 52% favorite in their WTA 125 Oeiras Ladies Open round-of-16 clash, balancing her higher No. 159 ranking and consistent 15-6 2026 form against Montgomery's No. 417 standing and injury-delayed comeback. No head-to-head exists, but Koevermans' efficient 6-1, 7-5 R1 win over Matilde Jorge highlights her steady clay baseline game (career 113-69 record), while Montgomery's lefty power and grit introduce upset potential. Late scratches, weather delays, or fatigue from Montgomery's three-hour battle could shift implied probabilities.
