Alycia Parks (#93), fresh off a three-set comeback win over Eva Bennemann in the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix qualifying opener yesterday, meets Viktoriya Tomova (#155) in the indoor-clay qualifying final today, with the winner advancing to the main draw against a seeded opponent. This first head-to-head pits Parks' even 10-10 YTD record and higher ranking against Tomova's 7-8 mark following recent clay losses like a straight-sets defeat to Anna Kalinskaya in Charleston. Both players showed qualifying momentum on Saturday, but Parks enters with superior overall form and Elo rating (116th), though Tomova's steadier baseline game could test Parks' power on the unique Stuttgart surface; no injuries reported, keeping the matchup competitive for traders eyeing upset potential.
