Cameron Norrie, the seventh seed ranked No. 24, holds the edge in experience against surging qualifier Ethan Quinn (No. 50) in the Barcelona Open Banc Sabadell round of 16 on clay. Norrie grinded out a 6-4, 6-7(5), 6-4 win over veteran Stan Wawrinka in the first round, showcasing resilience after an early Monte Carlo exit to Alex de Minaur. Quinn, riding momentum, upset Reilly Opelka 7-5, 7-6(7) following strong qualifying runs, including triumphs over Nikoloz Basilashvili and Daniel Merida. With no head-to-head history, trader consensus favors Norrie's superior clay pedigree and baseline consistency on the outdoor courts, though Quinn's aggressive serving poses upset potential in a closely contested matchup.
