In the WTA 125 Oeiras 3 clay-court challenger, No. 80 Petra Marcinko meets No. 150 Greet Minnen in the round of 16, where Minnen holds a 2-0 head-to-head edge, including a straight-sets final victory over Marcinko at the W75 Le Neubourg in September 2025. Marcinko advanced convincingly in R1 with a 7-5, 6-1 win over Nuria Brancaccio on April 13, building on her 2025 Rome WTA 125 title, while Minnen dispatched Aline Vrancken Peeters 6-3, 6-2 earlier today following a Billie Jean King Cup qualification win. Minnen's strong recent form (four wins in five matches) tempers concerns from a March retirement, but Marcinko's higher ranking and clay affinity shape trader consensus amid a competitive matchup.
