This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed club is determined as the runner-up of the Brazil Série A for the 2026 season. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to finish as runner-up of Brazil Série A for the 2026 season per the rules of Brazil Série A (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared as second-place finishers, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the Brazil Série A; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. With probabilities tightly clustered around 40-48%, trader consensus reflects the 2026 Série A’s open race for second place midway through the campaign. Palmeiras sits atop the table with the league’s stingiest defense after 22 rounds, positioning the club as the likeliest title contender while leaving second spot contested. Flamengo’s potent attack, Athletico Paranaense’s consistent results, and solid mid-table showings from Cruzeiro, Fluminense, and Bahia create multiple plausible paths to the runner-up finish. Recent fixture congestion and the absence of a clear gap after the leaders sustain the even pricing across established sides and promoted challengers alike.
