Atlético Madrid hold the strongest implied probability for third place thanks to their unmatched record of top-four finishes since 2011-12, Diego Simeone’s settled system, and targeted summer reinforcements including Alejandro Grimaldo, Morten Hjulmand, and Lee Kang-in that bolster both defense and attack. Villarreal, fresh from last season’s third-place finish, and Real Betis remain credible challengers with strong attacking depth and European experience that could influence domestic rotation. Real Madrid’s focus on the title race under José Mourinho and Barcelona’s likely dominance at the top further compress the field, while several other sides sit within a narrow band of trader pricing reflecting the league’s typical depth and the impact of early fixtures, squad fitness, and potential late transfer activity on final standings.
