The Austrian side’s clinical attacking display and defensive organization in Santa Clara contrast sharply with Algeria’s 3-0 defeat to the holders in Kansas City, leaving the North Africans on zero points and needing results from their remaining fixtures. Argentina’s expected win over Austria on June 22 will likely decide the group winner, while the simultaneous Jordan-Algeria clash offers both teams a direct path to points. Market pricing reflects this recent form and the head-to-head implications, with Austria’s momentum and schedule positioning driving the highest implied probability among the non-Argentine sides.
