This market will resolve according to the winner of the 2026 World Star Challengers Invitational (WSCI 2026), currently scheduled for September 20 to October 2, 2026. If this tournament is postponed after October 16, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, canceled, or a winner has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". If multiple teams are declared winners, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed team name comes first alphabetically. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the tournament organizers, TJ Sports and Riot Games. However, a consensus of credible reporting (e.g., Liquipedia at https://liquipedia.net/leagueoflegends/World_Star_Challengers_Invitational/2026) may also be used. The WSCI 2026 field remains wide open with qualifications still wrapping up across regions just days before the September 20 group stage. Multiple academy and challengers squads from the LCK CL, LDL, PCS, VCS, LJL, EMEA Masters, NACL, and Brazil’s Circuito Desafiante bring comparable recent form within their leagues but lack extensive cross-regional head-to-head data. Balanced group-stage seeding rules, best-of-one matches, and the shift to best-of-five playoffs further compress differences in roster depth and experience. Trader consensus reflects this parity, with no single side establishing clear momentum or standout preparation advantages heading into the first global Tier 2 event.
