Traders reflect this through near-unanimous implied probability on Sato, driven by her experience in high-stakes events and head-to-head patterns favoring Japanese players against Korean opponents in similar contention tournaments. Joo's lower current form, including straight-sets losses in recent semifinals, reinforces the market's assessment of a significant gap. Even at this level of consensus, outcomes could shift from an unexpected injury, sudden tactical adjustment, or Joo capitalizing on home or surface advantages if conditions favor aggressive play.
