The Croatian HNL title race remains exceptionally tight entering the 2026-27 campaign, with trader consensus reflected in tightly clustered implied probabilities across all ten sides. Early-season form has produced strong starts from Osijek, Varaždin, and Lokomotiva, while traditional powers Dinamo Zagreb, Hajduk Split, and Rijeka sit just behind in the table after the opening matchdays. This parity stems from balanced squad depth, active summer transfers, and the absence of any dominant frontrunner following Dinamo’s prior dominance. Home/away splits, fixture congestion, and the potential for mid-season momentum shifts further compress expectations, as no team has established clear separation in recent head-to-head results or current standings. The wisdom of crowds in the market underscores how evenly matched the league appears at this stage.
