Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.Recent forecasts from sources including the BBC and AccuWeather indicate a daytime maximum near 29–30°C in Wuhan on June 18 under partly cloudy skies with light easterly flow. This pattern limits strong surface heating while allowing sufficient insolation for typical early-summer warming in the Yangtze River valley’s humid subtropical climate. Model consensus shows no anomalous heat advection or clear-sky conditions that would push readings above 31°C, consistent with the market’s heavy weighting toward 29°C (44%) followed by 30°C and 28°C. Latest observational trends and short-range guidance reinforce this narrow range, with only modest uncertainty from possible afternoon convection that could cap the peak slightly lower.
