Dylan Dietrich and Jan Kupcic meet on clay in the ITF M15 Ljubljana, with no prior head-to-head record between them. Kupcic, the Slovenian local, enters on strong recent form after advancing through the draw with wins over Luca Castagnola, Alexander Weis, and Aljaz Jeran, capitalizing on home conditions and consistent baseline play. Dietrich, a Swiss player transitioning from strong college results at Virginia, arrives after a straight-sets victory over Yanaki Milev and brings solid movement and experience on the surface. The match pits Kupcic’s current momentum and familiarity with the venue against Dietrich’s overall pedigree in a tightly contested early-round encounter where small margins in rallies and serving efficiency will likely decide the outcome.
