This market will resolve in favor of the nation in UEFA (Europe) that is eliminated at the earliest stage (places lowest) in the 2026 FIFA World Cup. If there is a tie, this market will resolve in favor of the nation that recorded fewer total wins through all main tournament rounds of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the nation that scored fewer total goals through all main tournament rounds. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the nation that conceded more total goals through all main tournament rounds. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve to the nation whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 FIFA World Cup is cancelled, postponed after August 2, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or the worst-placed UEFA nation cannot be determined within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source for this market will be official information from FIFA; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Early group-stage results and fixture difficulty have shaped trader views on the lowest-finishing UEFA side at the 2026 World Cup, with implied probabilities reflecting recent form and group contexts. Czechia and Türkiye opened with defeats—1-2 to South Korea and 0-2 to Australia—while Portugal managed only a 1-1 draw against DR Congo and Norway sits alongside France in Group I despite a 4-1 win over Iraq. Several other sides, including Bosnia and Herzegovina and Switzerland, collected just one point from their openers in balanced groups, leaving room for further slippage. Stronger UEFA teams have posted convincing victories, widening the gap in early standings and underscoring why mid-tier or struggling nations lead market pricing for the worst outcome.
